Kenneth Hines has experience litigating and resolving issues in family, probate, personal injury, criminal law and commercial disputes. After admittance to the Texas Bar in 2008, Mr. Hines began serving clients in mostly family law and business matters before being named General Counsel for the Texas Senate Jurisprudence Committee, which oversees much of the family, probate and court issues in Texas.

After serving the Texas Senate, Mr. Hines resumed his private practice helping clients in both contested and uncontested matters. His experience in trying family matters includes divorce, child custody and support, paternity and CPS issues. In probate matters, he has helped clients create wills and trusts, probate wills, and he has litigated and mediated guardianship disputes. In business law, Ms. Hines has helped clients with a range of issues including entity formations and agreements, acquisitions and sales, due diligence and debt collection.
